Producción: El Reserva 2017 se produce con uvas TEMPRANILLO, de viñedos propios, en la zona conocida como El Gallo en suelos arcillo-calcareo y 550 metros de altura. Sus uvas son fermentadas en cubas de hormigón y criadas en barricas de roble francés.Su estancia prolongada en botella le proporciona una textura terciopelada.

The perfumed and delicate 2017 Reserva shows good balance and elegance and is unusually floral with nicely integrated oak after spending 18 months in French barriques but given at least 30 months in bottle before it's sold, giving it time to polish the tannins to get the velvety texture it has. I think it also transcends the more adverse character of the year. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2019.
